In this article I’ll show you how to create new SAP Printer Page Format. You’ve finished creating SAP output device and SAP device type in SPAD now you’re ready to create Page Format.
General:
Always Create Page Format in Development, after that you have to transport it to QA and production.
1. Goto SPAD or menu

2. From initial screen SPAD you click Full Administration and Choose Page Format

3. Position cursor to page format you want to copy from. Go to menu Page Format -> Create using template

a. Fill format type
b. Choose orientation
c. Set correct paper size
Press save button after finishing your work.

After you create new Page Format, system will ask you a transport request number.

Note: After you create Page Format you have to assign page format to Device Type you’ll print to.
