I’ll show you here how to create SAP RFC connection.
RFC stands for Remote Function Call, is standard SAP interface used to communicate between SAP Systems. RFC is often used by ABAP and SAP Basis, for example when you configure transport.
This transaction should be maintained by SAP Basis guys, because this transaction is considered critical. You can connect to other system if you know the user and password in destination system.
These are step by step to create RFC connection:
1. Go to SAP Menu –> Tools –> Administration –> Administration –> Network –> RFC Destination or directly call transaction SM59.

2. Click create button.

3. On next screen
fill the RFC name, Connection Type and Description
On tab Technical fill Gateway Host and Gateway Service

4. On tab Logon/Security fill with Client, User, & Password to the Destination system.
If you want to create SAP RFC to Trusted system, check the button Trusted.

5. Save and test your newly created RFC connection.
