Sometimes you need to uninstall cleanly your SAP installation.You can do it manually by deleting related SAP / Database folders and uninstall SAP / Database services. Or you can do it using SAP Installation Master tool.
In this example I’ll show you how to uninstall SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SR1 using SAP Installation Master (I use DB2 on Solaris)
1. Call sapinst from your Installation Master.
Go to Software Life-Cycle Options -> Uninstall -> Unistall System / Standalone Engine …

2. Choose profile directory

3. Choose SAP Instances you want to remove (see SAP Instance installation for detailed)

4. Select the SAP database.

5. Fill with correct Database SID and Database Host (see SAP Database Instance Installation for detail)

6. Fill with correct ABAP user and schema

7. Fill with correct Java user and schema if any.

8. Select whether you want to remove whole database

10. You’ll be shown summary.
